
Registration
Use the conference registration system (button above) to make the registration and pay the registration fee.
- If you have attended the previous AMCA conference, please use the user account you have already created. If not, please create a new account by clicking on “Create new account”.
- After logging in, click on “+ New registration” to register for the conference and make the payment of the registration fee or “Send new abstract” to submit an abstract.

Registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome drink, and social event (VAT included). .
Tickets to the social event and welcome drink for an accompanying person can be purchased for € 85 via the registration form.
Cancellations and refund
The Conference secretariat must be notified by e-mail at amca@amca.cz in the event of the cancellation of the registration.
- before June 30, 2025: full refund of the registration fee, a handling fee of € 40 will be deducted
- from July 1 to 31, 2025: 50 % of the registration fee
- from August 1, 2025: no refund
